Im with you on the whole relationship between the kid and the fat dude, it's so annoying, even more so because the fat guy can't act convincingly as a person with mental problems. <br /><br />I guess what they were going for with that was something similar to the Charlie character in Critters, the dumb drunk guy who befriends the kid in the film?
